You can delete your account from the Maraheb app by opening Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Maraheb app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Can’t get into the app?
Request deletion by emailing info@maraheb.net from the email address registered with your Maraheb account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject. You can also use the form below.
What gets deleted
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted. This includes:
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Your trips, saved places and stays
- Your conversations with the Maraheb planner
- Your preferences and app settings
What we keep, and for how long
Certain records may be retained where required by law:
- Booking and payment records: kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.
- Backups: your data is removed from backups automatically within 30 days.
We may keep data that can’t identify you, such as anonymous usage totals.
